When will I receive my order?
Each order is carefully printed and prepared just for you. Fulfillment typically takes 3-7 business days, after which your order is shipped. Estimated delivery times:

Customs and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes once the package reaches your destination. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not controlled by Mahomi Design. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for details before placing your order.
My order should have arrived - what should I do?
If your order seems delayed, please try the following before contacting us:

Review your shipping confirmation email to ensure your delivery address is correct.

Check with your local post office - your package may be waiting there.

Ask your neighbors in case the courier left your package nearby.
If the shipping address was correct and the package hasn’t been located, please contact us at info@mahomidesign.comwith your order number, and we’ll assist you promptly.
If there was an error in the delivery address you provided, we can resend your order; however, reshipping costs will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Tracking & Protection
All Mahomi Design orders include tracking, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
